Boryszew S.A. informs that today the company has got the information about the registration by the Regional Court of Warsaw , XIV Economic Department of the National Court Registry the increase of the share capital of the company through the issue of 313 432 735 of ordinary bearer shares of serie E.
Share capital after registration the above mentioned issue amounts to PLN 37,611,928.0 and is divided into 376,119,282 pieces of shares at the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, as follows:
-32,212,500 pieces of serie A shares: 257,050 pieces of privileged, inscribed shares and 31,955,450 ordinary bearer shares,
– 910,278 pieces of ordinary bearer serie B shares,
– 22,563,769 pieces of ordinary bearer serie C shares,
– 7,000,000 pieces of ordinary bearer serie D shares,
– 313,432,735 pieces of ordinary bearer serie E shares.
Total number of votes amounts to 376,376,332.
The company also informs that the decision of the Court is not valid.
