Boryszew’s Management announces that on June 19th, 2009, Boryszew’s subsidiary purchased
7,760 bonds of nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each, issued by Boryszew S.A. on June 19th, 2009. The bond have been purchased for a total amount of PLN 77.6 million.
Purchase of bonds was executed to allocate free financial means of subsidiary. The interest rate of the bonds is based on Wibor 3M + 3.9%. The day of pay-back of the bonds: September 18th, 2009.
