Current Report No. 23/2024
Following current report No. 10/2024 of 22 April 2024 concerning the filing of motions for the declaration of bankruptcy of Boryszew indirect subsidiaries Boryszew Oberflächentechnik Deutschland GmbH and Boryszew Formenbau Deutschland GmbH, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A., (“Company”, “Issuer”) advises that on 2 July 2024, the Issuer eceived letters from the Neuruppin District Court of 1 July 2024, on the opening on the same date of bankruptcy proceedings against Boryszew Oberflächentechnik Deutschland GmbH (Germany) and Boryszew Formenbau Deutschland GmbH (Germany), under self-administration, in accordance with German bankruptcy law.
The Issuer will announce further significant events associated with the above mentioned proceedings in relevant reports.
