Current Report No. 23/2025
Following the current report No. 15/2024 of 20 May 2024, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) advises that on 27 August 2025, the Management Board of Alchemia S.A., a subsidiary, based in Warsaw, concluded a preliminary agreement to sell Alchemia’s real estate and movables, located in Zawadzkie, belonging to Walcownia Rur Andrzej Branch, surface area of approx. 25.7 hectares, for a net price of PLN 42 million. The final agreement will be concluded by 30 November 2025 and will be preceded by a number of formal and technical actions typical for this type of transaction.
The Issuer will announce the conclusion of the Final Agreement in a subsequent current report.
