Boryszew S.A. informs that it got on May 17th, 2010 a notification from Mrs. Małgorzata Iwanejko, Chairman of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. that as a result of registration by the Regional Court of Warsaw, XIV Economic Section of the National Court Registry the increase of share capital of Boryszew S.A. through issue of 313,432,735 pieces of ordinary bearer serie E shares, she has been the owner of 64,192 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A.
At the same time just today the Company has received the notification from a person taking managing post in the Company that as a result of registration by the Regional Court of Warsaw, XIV Economic Section of the National Court Registry the increase of share capital of Boryszew S.A. through issue of 313,432,735 pieces of ordinary bearer serie E shares, it has been the owner of 500 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A.
The person obliged to pass the information doesn’t agree to disclose its personal data.
