The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on 31 March 2014 its subsidiary purchased 15 units of Series D inscribed bonds of the nominal value of PLN 1,000,000.00 each under the Programme of inscribed Boryszew’s bonds issue.
The bonds have been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of PLN 15,000,000.00.
The interest rate has been set on the market conditions.
The day of buy-back of Series D 15 inscribed bonds: 31 December 2014.
The above mentioned bonds replace the bonds with the date of buy – back of 31 march 2014.
Purchase of bonds has taken place in order to invest free financial funds.
