The Management Board of Boryszew SA (The “Company”) announces that on 30 January, 2015, Mr. Miłosz Wiśniewski resigned from his position as Board Member, effective as at the date on31 January, 2015.
Mr. Miłosz Wiśniewski was employed as a Finance Director.
The Management Board of Boryszew S..A decided that the responsibilities of Mr. Milosz Wisniewski as CFO will be entrusted to Mr. Rafał Michalczuk, who since 2010 is an employee of Boryszew (including a member of the team responsible for acquisitions in the automotive segment) and has several years of experience in finance and accounting (eg ACCA certificate).
