The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it got the notification from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., as follows:
“Upon the information released by the company Boryszew S.A. of May 12th, 2010 I inform that on may 10th, 2010 the Regional Court of Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Registry Court released the decision regarding the increase of the initial capital of Boryszew S.A. In accordance with the above mentioned the possessed by me votes at GM of Boryszew S.A. have been changed. Before the registration I got 186,520,000 rights to shares of Boryszew S.A., which with the date of registration have got 186,520,000 votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.”.
The person concerned has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
