Current Report No. 25/2025
The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”), with reference to the current report No. 23/2025 of 28 August 2025, advises that on 9 October 2025 the Management Board of Alchemia SA with registered office in Warsaw (“Alchemia”) decided to withdraw from the preliminary agreement for the sale of real estate, surface area of approx. 25.7 hectares, located in Zawadzkie, as well as the ownership of movables, belonging to Walcownia Rur Andrzej Branch. The reason for the withdrawal is the purchaser’s failure to secure funds for the contract.
