The Management Bard of Boryszew S.A. announces to the public the list of shareholders having at least 5% of the total amount of votes on OGM of Boryszew S.A. on June 26th, 2009:
Mr Roman Karkosik – the amount of votes: 21,045,431 equals to 98.39% % of the total amount of votes on the GM. The a/m shares constitute 33.44% of the total amount of votes.
