The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it has got today notification from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik that as a result of registration by the Regional Court of Warsaw, XIV Economic Department of the National Registry Court the increase of share capital of Boryszew S.A. through issue of 313,432,735 pieces of ordinary bearer serie E shares, the number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A. possessed by Mr. R. Karkosik has been changed.
Before the change of the increase of capital Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik was the owner of 37,304,000 pieces of Boryszew’s shares, which constitute 59.508 % in the initial capital of the company. Possessed shares have given 37,304,000 votes at GM, which constitute 59.296 % of the total number of votes at GM.
After increasing by the Court the initial capital of the Company, Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik, as of May 14th, 2010, is the owner of 223,824,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A., constituting 59.508 % in the initial capital of the company (including 37,304,000 shares and 186,520,000 rights to shares).
Possessed shares have given 223,824,000 votes at GM, which constitute 59.468 % of the total number of votes at GM (including 37,304,000 votes from shares and 186,520,000 votes from shares rights).
