In connection with the current report no 22/2011 of March 13th, 2011, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. releases in enclosure “Report of the auditor on checking selected items of 2011 forecast financial information”, in which it was stated that the foundations for the forecast, as follows:
Net income on sales: PLN 3,936 m
EBIDTA: PLN 337 m
Result on the operating activity: PLN 240 m.
Net profit: PLN 176 m.
are sensible grounds for the preparation of the forecast financial information for 2011.
