The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the OGM of Boryszew S.A. on June 26th, 2009 appointed to the Supervisory Board of the Company for the next term the following persons: Mr. Paweł Miller, Mr. Tadeusz Piętka and Mr. Zygmunt Urbaniak.
At the same time the OGM dismissed from the Supervisory Board Mr. Wojciech Sierka and did not appoint for the next term Mr. Adam Cich.
Information about new members of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A.:
Paweł Miller
He has graduated the Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń, Faculty of Fine Arts, conservator of paintings and polychromy .monuments
In the years 1994 – 1997 he was working in Commercial Union, where he took the post of Group Insurance Director. He implemented, together with his team, the first in Poland group life insurance with the investment fund.
Then he worked in Citibank as Sell Director of citibusiness line.
1999- 2000 – he worked in Nationale Nederlanden, first as director responsible for Silesian Bank, then as Development Director responsible for bank assurance. To took alo a post of Chairman of the Arts Foundation.
June 2000 – November 2001 – Chairman of the Management Board of AMC, the polish department of the international concern of direct sell.
December 2001 – October 2006 – Chairman of the Management Board of Nordea Polska Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A.
Simultaneously he was a member of the Supervisory Boards of: Nordea Bank Polska S.A., Nordea Ubezpiueczenia.
After taking over the Sampo companies in Poland by Nordea, he managed also the the life company Sampo and took managers roles in OFE Sampo/Nordea (Open Pensions Funds).
November 2006 – in Allianz Group Polska, where from February 2007 he took the post of Chairman of the Management Board of Allianz Business Sp. z o.o. responsible for the bank project.
April 2008 – January 2009 – after accepting by the Bank Supervisory Commission, he took the post of Chairman of the Management Board of Allianz Bank Polska S.A.
He has finished a block of training regarding sell of insurance. He had lectures in High School of Banking and Insurances.
Awarded by gold medal in the field of insurances.
Tadeusz Piętka
Education:

Graduated with honour Economy Faculty in finance and accounting.

1997 – 2003 – Association for Investment & Research, Charlotesville, USA.

Professional experience:
– 1994 – 1998 Royal Bank of Canada – cash dealer on interbanks markets, then he was dealing with analysies of cash markets and gaining clients of European countries. He was working also for consulting companies: Mc Kinsey and Bain&Company.
– 2001 Bain & Company Inc Toronto, Canada – keys role in reorganization of main telecommunications beneficiaries in North America.
– 2001 – 2002 Bank of Montreal, Toronto – senior business consultant.
– 2003 – 2004 GE Bank Mieszkaniowy – member of the board, operation director and credit director.
– 2004 – 2006 Getin Holding S.A., Wrocław, first as banking consultant, then – chairman of the management board. Getin Leasing S.A., Wrocław – chairman of the management board.
– 2006 – 2007 Allianz Poland S.A., Warsaw – board’s chairman’s adviser.
– 2007 – 2009 The Bank, Kiev, Ukraine – deputy chairman of the supervisory board.
– 2008 – present Colonade International, Wrocław – chairman of the management board.
Hobbies: swimming and football and in both practices actively.
Fluent in spoken and written English, good knowledge of Russian and weak of Italian.
Zygmunt Urbaniak
He has graduated Economy and Organization Faculty on Mikołaj Kopernik University in Torun.
Since December 1996 he has been working as a director in “Karo – Roman Karkosik” in Czernikowo.
1991 – 1996 he took the post of financial director in capital companies in Toruń: karo, BHZ, Karo Metal, Unibax.
Earlier, among others 10 years of practice on the post of chief accountant in the state enterprise.
He has taken post of supervisory board’s chairman in Zakłady Naprawcze Taboru Kolejowego S.A. in Oleśnica after finishing of training for the supervisory boards’ members in the State Treasury’s companies in the years 1995 – 1996.
1999 – 2006 – he took the post of the supervisory board’s chairman of Boryszew S.A. taking simultaneously the same post in Huta Oława S.A. and Elana S.A.
Since 2005 he has seated in a supervisory board of Impexmetal S.A. and the companies of Boryszew and Impexmetal Capital Groups.
The appointed Supervisory Board’s members neither curry a competitive activity towards Boryszew S.A. nor are entered in the Debts Registry curried upon the Article of National Court Register.
