The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. in forms that the Company has got:
– Resolution no 468/2010 dated May 20th, 2010 from the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A., upon which the Board of the Stock Exchange pointed out on May 24th, 2010 the day of the last quotation of 313,432,735 rights to ordinary bearer series E shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each, marked by the National Depository for Securities with the code PLBRSZW00060,
– Resolution no 469/2010 dated May 20th, 2010 from the Management Board of Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw S.A., upon which the Board of the Stock Exchange states that according to the article 19, point 1 and 2 of the stock exchange regulations it has been admitted to trading on the primary market 313,432,735 ordinary bearer Series E shares of Boryszew S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each and it decides to introduce from May 25th, 2010 in the ordinary course to the stock exchange turnover on the primary market the shares of Boryszew S.A. under condition of making by the National Depository for Securities on May 25th, 2010 the registration of the above mentioned shares and marking them with the code PLBRSZW00011.
