Boryszew S.A. informs that the subsidiary Company – Impexmetal S.A., executing decisions of the Intermediary Agreement on taking up of treasury shares of Boryszew S.A. for redemption or further re-sale of 13th February 2013 (Agreement) concluded with PKO BP S.A. Oddział – Dom Maklerski PKO BP SA with the seat in Warsaw („DM PKO BP”), purchased on 29th April, 2013 t the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw SA 29,788,830 units of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the nominal value of PLN 0.10 each. Average unit purchase price amounts to PLN 0.45 for one share. The above mentioned shares are equal to 29,788,830 votes on the GM, which constitutes 1.320 % in the share capital of the Company.
After this transaction ( taking into account previously purchased shares, under the program of taking up of treasury shares) the Company has owned totally directly and indirectly 158,426,330 treasury shares, constituting 7.020 % of the share capital and giving right to 158,426,330 votes on the General Meeting.
