Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Issuer) advises that on 15 December 2023, in the evening, Maflow France SAS, a subsidiary company, based in Chartres (France), concluded with the city of Chartres a conditional preliminary agreement for the sale of developed real estate located in CHARTRES, avenue Gustave Eiffel 2, surface area 10 hectares, for the price of PLN 45.23 million (EUR 10.5 million). The conclusion of the final agreement will be preceded by a number of formal and technical circumstances. The final agreement is scheduled to be concluded by 26 February 2024.
The transaction price was determined on an arm’s length basis according to a valuation performed by an independent appraiser. Maflow France SAS has been out of business since July 2022.
The Issuer will announce the conclusion of the Final Agreement in a subsequent current report.
