The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. based in Warsaw (“Company”, “Issuer”) advises that on 16 December 2024, Mr Mikołaj Budzanowski, Member of the Management Board, Development Director of the Company, handed in his resignation, effective 31 December 2024. Mr Mikołaj Budzanowski’s resignation is related to his plans for a further professional career outside Boryszew Capital Group.
