Taking into account that Boryszew S.A. is the dominant entity but one of the companies consisting the Capital Boryszew Group either, in order to guarantee the shareholders the maximum information about Boryszew S.A. and its subsidiaries, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. declares that the consolidated half year reports enlarged by unit reports will be transferred starting from the I H 2009 report.
The consolidated half year reports enlarged by unit report will be transferred to the public knowledge, according to the current report no 10/2009 of March 27th, 2009, on August 28th, 2009.
