The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on July 20th, 2009 the Company received an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about the sale on July 10th, 2009 in block transactions of 480,000 Boryszew’s shares at the average price of PLN 2.50 and about the sale on July 10th, 2009 in block transactions of 2,520,000 Boryszew’s shares at the average price of PLN 2.50
Settlement of the sale transaction of 480,000 shares was on July 10th, 2009.
Settlement of the sale transaction of 2,520,000 shares was on July 15th, 2009.
The person concerned has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
