Boryszew S.A. informs that today the Company received an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about the following transactions:
1) purchase on May 14th, 2010 10,000 pieces of rights to shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 1.92 for 1 right to share. Settlement of the transaction was on May 19th, 2010,
2) purchase on May 14th, 2010 558,858 pieces of rights to shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 1.90 for 1 right to share. Settlement of the transaction was on May 19th, 2010,
3) purchase on May 17th, 2010 57,000 pieces of rights to shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 1.86 for 1 right to share. Settlement of the transaction was on May 20th, 2010,
4) purchase on May 18th, 2010 98,000 pieces of rights to shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 1.90 for 1 right to share. Settlement of the transaction was on May 21st, 2010,
5) purchase on May 19th, 2010 264,082 pieces of rights to shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 1.84 for 1 share. Settlement of the transaction was on May 24th, 2010.
The above mentioned transactions were executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
