The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that Mr. Paweł Miller resigned on March 31st, 2011 from a post of a Boryszew S.A. Supervisory Board’s member.
Mr. Paweł Miller has taken this post since June 2009.
At the same time the Supervisory Board, acting on behalf of §12 point 1 of the Company Statute appointed to the Supervisory Board Mr. Mirosław Kutnik.
Mr. Mirosław Kutnik has graduated the Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń, Faculty of Law.
In 1994 he was entered on the list of legal advisers under the no TR-467 in the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Toruń.
In the years 1995 – 2005 Mr. Mirosław Kutnik run in Toruń Chamber of Legal Adviser and since 2005 he has been a managing Partner in chamber of legal advisers “Kutnik, Kalinowski and Partners” in Toruń.
Since 2005 Mr. Kutnik has been Adviser of the President of Conference of Polish Employers for supporting of employment of disabled people. He is also an expert of Triple Commission as far as the change of the Act of Parliament on professional rehabilitation and employment of disabled people is concerned.
Since 2002 Mr. Mirosław Kutnik has been a member of supervisory boards of public companies.
Mr. Kutnik specializes in tax, constitution and public aid law. He was also a proxy in many cases before Constitution Court.
Mr. Mirosław Kutnik neither curries a competitive activity towards Boryszew S.A. nor is entered in the Debts Registry curried upon the Article of National Court Register.
