Boryszew S.A. (the Company) informs that it got on January 4th, 2012 the notification from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik informing that on December 29th, 2011 he disposed in a block transaction 55,000,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. and purchased in a block transactions 17,177,468 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A.
Till December 30th, 2011 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik has purchased in block transactions 40,545,779 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. At the same time Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik got the information from his subsidiary – Boryszew S.A. – about purchase by this company in block transactions on December 30th, 2011 3,580,953 treasury shares and on January 2nd, 2012 – 1,330,163 treasury shares.
The above mentioned transactions have resulted a change in his share in the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A. by 1 %.
Before the transaction on December 28th, 2011 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned directly 1,222,255,276 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted 54.16 % of share in the initial capital of the company and indirectly through his subsidiaries 51,750,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted 2.29 % of share in the initial capital of the company. The owned shares gave 1,274,005,276 votes at GM, which constituted 56.45 % of the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
On the day of January 3rd, 2012 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik has owned directly 1.208,086,327 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A., constituting 53.53 % of share in the initial capital and indirectly through his subsidiaries 56,965,692 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. constituting 2.52 % of share in the initial capital. The owned shares have given 1,265,052,019 votes at the GM, which constitutes 56.06 % of the total number of votes at the GM of Boryszew S.A.
