With reference to current report no. 27/2023 of 18 December 2023, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Issuer) advises that on 26 February 2024 Maflow France Automotive SAS, a subsidiary, based in Chartres, concluded with the city of Chartres (Purchaser), a final sale agreement for a developed land located in CHARTRES, av. Gustave Eiffel No. 2, surface area 10 hectares, for a price of PLN 45.15 million (EUR 10.5 million). The property was released today. Payment of the price will be made by 12 March 2024.
The agreement was concluded under condition subsequent of the Purchaser’s failure to pay the sales price by 12 March 2024. The remaining terms of the final agreement are consistent with the standards generally applied in such agreements.
