The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (the “Company”) publishes the schedule of publication of periodic reports in 2026:
I. Consolidated quarterly reports with quarterly financial information:
– for the first quarter of 2026 – May 14, 2026;
– for the third quarter of 2026 – November 17, 2026;
II. The unconsolidated and consolidated annual report for 2025 will be disclosed to the public on April 16, 2026;
III. Consolidated semi-annual report with half-year condensed financial statements for the first half of 2026 – August 13, 2026;
The Management Board of the Company has decided that it will not publish the consolidated quarterly report for the fourth quarter of 2025 and for the second quarter of 2026.
At the same time, the Management Board of the Company informs that the consolidated quarterly reports and the consolidated semi-annual report, made public, will include quarterly financial information and semi-annual condensed financial statements, respectively.
Detailed legal basis:
According to par. 84 par. 1 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of 6 June 2025 regarding current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and conditions for recognizing as equivalent information required by the laws of a non-member state.
