The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on July 20th, 2009, the company received a message from Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik on disposal in block transactions on July 10th, 2009 2,520,000 shares of Boryszew S.A.
Before the change , i. e. on July 9th, 2009, Mr. Karkosik’s share in Boryszew stood at 41,004,000 shares, constituting 65.41% of equity and 65.14 % of the total number of votes.
Nowadays, Mr. Karkosik holds 38,004,000 Boryszew’s shares, constituting 60.62% of equity and 60,38% of the total number of votes at GM.
