3) sale on May 17th, 2010 69,900 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.00 for 1 share. Settlement of the transaction was on May 20th, 2010,
4) sale on May 18th, 2010 149,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.00 for 1 share. Settlement of the transaction was on May 21st, 2010,
5) purchase on May 19th, 2010 14,516 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 1.93 for 1 share. Settlement of the transaction was on May 24th, 2010,
6) sale on May 19th, 2010 216,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 1.92 for 1 share. Settlement of the transaction was on May 24th, 2010,
