The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Supervisory Board on its meeting on March 31st, 2011 appointed Mr. Kamil Dobies to a post of Vice-Chairman of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A., Director on Corporate Management and Mr. Paweł Miller to a post of Member of the Management Board of Boryszew S.A., Director on Automotive Sector Development.
Kamil Dobies
He has graduated the Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń, Faculty of Economics and Management. He has finished also European Special Studium in European Studium Center under the name of Jean Monet at the Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń.
He passed exam on the properties management by the State Qualifying Commission – license no 14569.
Professional experience:
2009 – 2011 – Managing Director in Zakład Huta Aluminium Konin in Konin – the largest Polish producer of sheets and bands of aluminium and its alloys, a subsidiary of Impexmetal S.A.;
2002 – 2010 – Finance Director in Unibax Sp. z o.o. – restructuring and many M& A projects;
2004 – 2007 – Chairman of the Management Board of Corniche Real Venture – preparation and realization of project Red Tower in Łódź at Piotrkowska Street;
2007 – present – consulting services in economic activity and management of real properties.

Mr. Kamil Dobies neither curries a competitive activity towards Boryszew S.A. nor is entered in the Debts Registry curried upon the Article of National Court Register.
Paweł Miller
He has graduated the Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń, Faculty of Fine Arts.
In the years 1994 – 1997 he was working in Commercial Union, where he took the post of Group Insurance Director. He implemented, together with his team, the first in Poland group life insurance with the investment fund.
Then he worked in Citibank as Sale Director of citibusiness line.
1999- 2000 – he worked in Nationale Nederlanden, first as director responsible for Silesian Bank, then as Development Director responsible for assurbanking and bancassurance.
December 2001 – October 2006 – Chairman of the Management Board of Nordea Polska Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A.
From 2007 he has taken a post of Chairman of the Management Board of Allianz Biznes Sp. z o.o. responsible for bank project.
He has finished a block of training regarding sell of insurance. He had lectures in High School of Banking and Insurances.
Awarded by gold medal Piu in the field of insurances.
Mr. Paweł Miller took also a post of a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A. from June 2009 till March 31st, 2011.
Mr. Paweł Miller neither curries a competitive activity towards Boryszew S.A. nor is entered in the Debts Registry curried upon the Article of National Court Register.
