The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (“Company”, “Issuer”) with reference to the current report No. 27/2025 of 17 October 2025 regarding the conclusion of the agreement with the Air Force Institute of Technology (new business segment), advises that on 1 December 2025 it became aware that on 28 November 2025 the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (“OCCP”) had issued consent to the establishment of a joint venture by the Issuer and the Air Force Institute of Technology with headquarters in Warsaw. The joint venture will be formed on the basis of an existing company, i.e. Hornet – Polskie Drony sp. z o.o., based in Warsaw, and will be involved in the production of unmanned aerial weapon systems.
