The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company received an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about the execution by subsidiary Taleja Sp. z o.o. the following transactions:
1) purchase on July 16th, 2009 771,001 shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.50 for one share. Settlement of the transaction was on July 21st, 2009.
2) sale on July 16th, 2009 101,001 shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.57 for one share. Settlement of the transaction was on July 21st, 2009.
3) sale on July 17th, 2009 290,449 shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.57 for one share. Settlement of the transaction was on July 22nd, 2009.
4) sale on July 20th, 2009 57,281 shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.51 for one share. Settlement of the transaction was on July 23rd, 2009.
5) sale on July 21st, 2009 322,270 shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 2.44 for one share. Settlement of the transaction was on July 24th, 2009.
The above mentioned transactions have been executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
