In connection to the current report no 4/2011 of January 11th, 2011, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Company) informs that today the Company have placed the preliminary, free offer to take over an international group of automotive section.
The Group is at present one of the European leaders as far as the components to automotive sector is concerned. It has achieved a leading position on markets of its activity, .e.g. in Europe and in South America.
The Group has employed about 1000 employers in 5 production works.
