The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company received an information on purchase on July 17th, 2009 by the subsidiary Taleja Sp. z o.o. 771,001 shares of Boryszew S.A., which has resulted the rise of shares of Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik in the total number of votes by 1 % at the GM of Boryszew S.A.
On July 15th, 2009 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owned 38,004,000 shares of Boryszew S.A. constituting 60.62 % share in the equity. The owned shares gave 38,004,000 votes at GM, which constituted 60.38 % of the total number of votes at GM.
On July 21st, 2009 Taleja Sp. z o.o., a subsidiary of Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik disposed on the stock exchange transactions 322,270 shares of Boryszew S.A., which resulted the decreased by 1 % of share of Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik in the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
On July 20th, 2009 Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik together with his subsidiary owned 38,326,270 shares, which constituted 61.14 % in the equity and the owned shared gave 38,326,270 votes at GM of the Company, which constituted 60,89 % of the total number of votes at GM.
At present Mr. Roman Krzysztof Karkosik owns 38,004,000 Boryszew’s shares, constituting 60.62 % of equity. The owned shares give 38,004,000 votes at GM, which constitute 60.38 % of the total number of votes at GM.
