The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on May 26th, 2010 the Supervisory Board of the Company chose the company Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Warsaw, 18 Piękna Street to audit the financial report of Boryszew S.A. and the Boryszew Capital Group for the period of 31.01 – 31.12.2010.
Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o. is registered on the list of entities, carried by KRBR, authorized for auditing of financial statements under the no 73.
The agreement with Deloitte Audyt Sp. z o.o. will be concluded to audit the 2010 financial reports.
Boryszew S.A. has used the services of the above mention auditor to audit and review the financial statements in the years 2006-2007 and in 2009.
The Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A. has made the choice of auditor according to its competences, determined in the Company’s Statute and to the obliged laws regulations.
