The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on July 20th, 2009, the company received an information from Unibax Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Toruń on purchase in stock exchange transactions on July 16th, 2009 1,629,168 shares of Boryszew S.A., which results the exceeding the 5 % in the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
Up to July 15th, 2009 Unibax Sp. z o.o. owned directly and indirectly through subsidiary 2,884,599 shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted totally 4.60 % in the equity. The owned shares gived 2,884,599 votes at GM, which constituted 4.58 % of the total number of votes at GM.
At present Unibax Sp. z o.o. holds directly and indirectly through subsidiary 4,513,767 Boryszew’s shares, constituting 7.20% of equity. The owned shares give 4,513,767 votes at GM, which constitute 7.17 % of the total number of votes at GM.
