In connection with the current report no 21/2011 of March 9th, 2011, the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Company) informs that ton April 10th, 2011 the Company placed a not binding offer on purchase of 100% shares assets in Meteor Group, German producer of seals and rubber products for car industry.
Meteor Group has possessed works in Germany, Czech Republic and the USA, with turnovers in 2010 exceeding EUR 200 m and employing over 2000 persons.
