The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on August 12th, 2009, the company received an information from Unibax Sp. z o.o. with the seat in Toruń on sale in stock exchange transactions on August 3rd, 2009 740,200 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A., which results the decreasing below the 5 % in the total number of votes at GM of Boryszew S.A.
On August 2nd, 2009 Unibax Sp. z o.o. owned directly and indirectly through subsidiary 3,154,807 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A., which constituted totally 5.03 % in the equity. The owned shares gave 3,154,807 votes at GM, which constituted 5.01 % of the total number of votes at GM.
At present Unibax Sp. z o.o. holds directly and indirectly through subsidiary 1,962,607 of Boryszew’s shares, constituting 3.13% of equity. The owned shares give 1,962,607 votes at GM, which constitute 3.12 % of the total number of votes at GM.
