The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (the Company) informs that it received on 24 June 2014 from a member of the Management Board and two members of the Supervisory Board, taking also supervisory functions in Impexmetal S.A. that a subsidiary company – Impexmetal S.A. a notification of sale by Impexmetal 6,974,581 shares of Boryszew SA.
The transaction was executed outside the regulated market on the basis of concluded on 17 June 2014 the two share transfer agreements.
