In connection to the current report no 36/2010 of June 1st, 2010 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that it got the declaration from the liquidator of the acceptation of offer entered by Boryszew S.A. to purchase company Maflow Sp. z o.o., containing the following conditions:
1) the offer concerns purchase of the company Maflow Polska Sp. z o.o. in total excluding liabilities, receivables and cash,
2) offer is conditional, e.g it is entered under the condition of purchase the companies Maflow S.p.A and Man Servizi S.r.l. till the end of July 2010. The condition has been reserved on the bidder’s benefit, e.g. the bidder can resign from the fulfillment of the above mentioned condition,
3) the offered price is PLN 70 m.
At the same time the liquidator declares that the acceptation of the offer is conditional, e.g. the Judge Commissioner has to accept the resolution of the approval of the offer.
