Boryszew S.A. informs that on August 31st, 2009 Boryszew S.A. and Huta Metali Nieżelaznych Szopienice S.A. in liquidation (HMN Szopienice) concluded the settlement with AIG Europe Spółka Akcyjna Department in Poland with the seat in Warsaw (AIG Polska) upon which AIG Polska undertook to pay to HMN Szopienice the amount of PLN 15,000,000 (say: fifteen million) for settlement of claims for damages from persons responsible for losses arising from the conclusion by HMN Szopienice the derivative transaction in IQ 2007.
