The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on June 18th, 2010 a next tranche of coupon bonds was issued together with Bank Pekao S.A., which is not followed by the increase of indebtedness.
The above said bonds replace the bonds with the date of buy-back of June 18th, 2010.
The new tranche of coupon bonds:
1. Kind of issued bonds:
Coupon bearer bonds.
2. Volume of the issue:
7 760 pieces of bonds of the total nominal value of PLN 77,6 million.
3. Nominal value and the issue price of the bonds:
The nominal value of one bond amounts to PLN 10,000 and is equal to its issue price.
4. Conditions of buy-back and interests payment:
The bonds will be bought-back on November 30th, 2010.
The interest is based on the market conditions.
5. On the last day of quarter previous to accessible proposal of purchase of bonds the value of incurred liabilities of Boryszew S.A. amounted to PLN 296,574.
Until the redemption of the bonds, the liabilities are expected to amount to PLN 290 million.
