In connection with the current reports numbers 33/2011 of April 14th, 2011; 34/2011 of April 6th, 2011 and 36/2011 of April 12th, 2011 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. (Company) informs that on April 20th, 2011 the Company placed a binding conditional offer on purchase of assets of AKT GmbH and 100 % of shares in the international AKT companies, e.g. AKT Plastikarska Technologie spol. s.r.o Czech Republic; Jablonec nad Nisou in Czech Republic and AKT Plasticos S.L. Amorebieta in Spain.
AKT is a supplier of plastic elements to cars for, among others, VW, General Motors/Opel and BMW with turnovers in 2010 exceeding EUR 140 m.
