The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that, in connection with the termination of term of the Management Board, the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A. on its meeting on May 28th, 2012 passed resolution on appointing of a Management Board of Boryszew S.A. for a new term, as follows:
Mr. Piotr Szeliga – Chairman of the Management Board, general Director,
Mr. Miłosz Wisniewski – Vice-Chairman of the Management Board, Financial Director,
Mr. Paweł Miller – Member of the Management Board, Development of Automotive Sector Director.
At the same time the Management Board informs that Mrs. Małgorzata Iwanejko, on the Supervisory Board’s meeting, declared not to candidate to Boryszew’s Management Board for a new term as she was charged with a post of Chairman of the Management Board of Impexmetal S.A.
Additionally, Mr. Robert Bednarski and Mr. Kamil Dobies declared not to candidate to Boryszew’s Management Board for a new term starting from the next day after the nearest Ordinary General Meeting.

Mr. Piotr Szeliga
Education:
Master of arts in economy, he has graduated Economic Academy in Cracow and Stockholm University/Stockholm International Banking Institute.
Mr. Piotr Szeliga is a right holder of certified auditor, registered under no 10363 and ACCA Diploma in International Financial Reporting.
Professional experience:
– 09.2007 – present: Chairman of the Management Board General Director of Impexmetal S.A.
– 2003 – 2007:Impexmetal S.A.; employed at posts: Financial Director of Planning and Development of Impexmetal Group, Accounting Director, acting Financial Director, Member of the Management Board and Financial Director

Mr. Paweł Miller
He has graduated the Mikołaj Kopernik University in Toruń, Faculty of Fine Arts.
In the years 1994 – 1997 he was working in Commercial Union, where he took the post of Group Insurance Director. He implemented, together with his team, the first in Poland group life insurance with the investment fund.
Then he worked in Citibank as Sale Director of citibusiness line.
1999- 2000 – he worked in Nationale Nederlanden, first as director responsible for Silesian Bank, then as Development Director responsible for assurbanking and bancassurance.
December 2001 – October 2006 – Chairman of the Management Board of Nordea Polska Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń na Życie S.A.
From 2007 he has taken a post of Chairman of the Management Board of Allianz Ban.
He has finished a block of training regarding sell of insurance. He had lectures in High School of Banking and Insurances.
Awarded by gold medal Piu in the field of insurances.
Mr. Paweł Miller took also a post of a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A. from June 2009 till March 31st, 2011.
