Boryszew’s Management Board announces that on February 10th, 2009 it received an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about the purchase by the subsidiary entity on January 26th, 2009 of 101,850 pieces of Boryszew’s shares at the average price of PLN 2.16 for one share.
Settlement of the above mentioned transaction was on January 26th, 2009.
The person concerned has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
