The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs about the dates of publication of financial reports in 2010.
Quarter consolidated reports together with quarter financial information:
for 4Q2009 – February 26th, 2010,
for 1Q2010 – May 14th, 2010,
for 3Q2010 – November 10th, 2010.
Consolidated half-year report together with half-year shortened financial report: August 27th, 2010.
Unit and consolidated 2009 yearly reports will be published on April 30th, 2010.
The Management Board of the Company has taken the decision not to publish the 2Q2010 report.
At the same time the Management Board of the Company informs that consolidated quarter reports and consolidated half-year report will included respectively quarterly financial information and half-year shortened financial report.
