The Management Board of Boryszew SA (“Company”) announces the dates of publishing periodic reports in the 2014 financial year:
I. Consolidated quarterly reports with quarterly financial information:
– for Q4 2013 – 27 February 2014,
– for Q1 2014 – 15 May 2014,
– for Q3 2014 – 13 November 2014.
II. Standalone and consolidated annual report for 2013 – 24 April 2014.
III. Consolidated report for H1 2014 – 28 August 2014.
At the same time, the Company reports that:
– It will not publish standalone quarterly reports; accordingly, the consolidated quarterly reports will include quarterly financial information.
– It will not publish a consolidated quarterly report for Q2 2014.
– It will not publish a standalone H1 report; as a result, the consolidated H1 report will include condensed interim financial statements and the report of the entity authorized to audit financial statements and condensed notes,
All periodic reports will be placed on the Company’s website (www.boryszew.com.pl) in the tab Investor Relations/Reports.
