The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on June 18th, 2010, Boryszew’s subsidiary purchased 7,760 pieces of coupon bonds of nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each, issued by Boryszew S.A. on June 18th, 2010 within the programme of bond issue carried by Bank PEKAO S.A. The bonds have been purchased at the Issue Price for a total amount of PLN 77.6 million.
The interest rate of the bonds is based on the market conditions. The day of pay-back of the bonds: November 30th, 2010.
