The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that on September 19th, 2009, Boryszew’s subsidiary purchased 7,760 pieces of coupon bonds of nominal value of PLN 10,000.00 each, issued by Boryszew S.A. on September 18th, 2009 within the programme of bond issue carried by Bank PEKAO S.A. The bond have been purchased for a total amount of PLN 77.6 million.
Purchase of bonds was executed to allocate free financial means of subsidiary. The interest rate of the bonds is based on Wibor 3M + 3.9%. The day of pay-back of the bonds: December 18th, 2009.
