The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. with the seat in Warsaw informs that the annual report and consolidated annual report for 2017, which publication date was fixed in the current report no 14/2018 on 30 March, 2018, will be presented to the public knowledge on 26 April, 2018.

§ 103.1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic information provided by issuers of securities and on conditions under which information required by legal regulations of a third country may be recognized as equivalent.
