The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the Company received an information from a member of the Supervisory Board of Boryszew S.A., about the execution of the following transactions:
1) purchase on September 16th, 2009 4,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 6.32 for one share.
2) sale on September 16th, 2009 250 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 6.84 for one share.
3) sale on September 17th, 2009 4,250 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 6.82 for one share.
4) purchase on September 25th, 2009 1,000 pieces of shares of Boryszew S.A. at the average price of PLN 6.67 for one share.
The above mentioned transactions have been executed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange in Warsaw.
The person concerned has not agreed to disclose its personal data.
