In connection with the current reports no 5/2011 of January 18th, 2011, no 6/2011 of January 19th, 2011 and no 15/2011 of February 11th, 2011 the Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that the company has got today the information from PricewaterhouseCooper (“PWC”) – adviser in the process of sale of SaarGummi Gmbh and SaarGummi Deutschland GmbH on concluding an exclusive agreement on sale of assets of SaarGummi with other tenderer, which results temporary suspension of negotiations of Boryszew S.A. with the Seller.
