Boryszew S.A. with registered office in Warsaw (the ‘Company’) hereby announces that today Mr Aleksander Baryś, Member of the Management Board, Finance Director of the Company, resigned from his position, effective as of 31 August 2019.
In addition, on 29 July 2019, the Supervisory Board of the Company decided to appoint Mr Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk as a Member of the Management Board and the Finance Director of Boryszew S.A. from 1 September 2019.
The Company hereby communicates the following information on Mr Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk’s education, qualifications, and previously held positions, including a description of his professional career.
Mr Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk graduated from the University of Szczecin at the Faculty of Transport and Communications Economics.
In 1997-2012, he was working in CIECH S.A. and in S.C. Uzinele Sodice Govora – Ciech Chemical Group S.A. (Romania).
From 2012 to 2016, he was employed by Polimex-Mostostal S.A.
In 2016-2018, he was the Finance Director and Vice-President of the Management Board of the General Partner in Mostostal Siedlce Sp. z o.o. Sp. k.
Since 2006, Mr Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk was or has been holding supervisory positions in companies including, but not limited to, Radpol S.A., Soda Polska Ciech Sp. z o.o., PRINŻ-1 Sp. z o.o.
Mr Krzysztof Kołodziejczyk has not been conducting business competitive with the Company nor has he had interest in any competitive partnership/company as a partner in a private partnership, partnership, or as a member of any body of a company, or as a member of a body of any other competitive legal person, and has not been entered into the Insolvent Debtors Register kept pursuant to the provisions of the National Court Register Act.
